A library card has a password (or PIN) assigned to it in order to verify the cardholder. For certain interactions, such as reserving an item online, you may be required to provide your password. This password is originally set during the application process, but may be changed at any time by the cardholder.
In Person:
For strict patron privacy and security – if a password is forgotten – we require an in-person password reset at our Circulation Desk. Photo ID will also be required for verification purposes. If a photo ID is not available and the home address on file has not changed, a recent utility bill can be used instead.
Online
You can use the catalog's Forgotten Password functionality with a valid, active email address associated to your library card account. An in-person visit would be required if this does not work.
